GaiaFM Privacy Policy
GaiaFM and the author value your privacy and do not collect personal data.
The app does not collect any personal information. Questions and answers are not stored outside the phone or browser memory. They are stored in the local memory for the convenience of the user and can be deleted using the software, or by deleting the software. The author has no access to this data at any moment.
Questions are not sent to the server; a hash value, which cannot be used to determine the original question, is sent instead. The author has thus no means to access the questions asked.
Answers are not stored on the server. They are directly passed forward and forgotten. When a question is asked, the only thing stored on the server is the number of answers generated by each category, which is incremented by one for each generated answer. IP addresses are not stored as well.
Comments sent to the author using the software are stored on the server with the IP address of the sender. This information, like an email, but with an IP address, is stored indefinitely. You can prevent your IP address from being logged by contacting me on Twitter instead of sending a comment using the software.
